Technical Skills

Proficient in performing and interpreting ultrasound, doppler, mammography, ct, mi {including cardiac (morphology) and fatal mri), plain radiographs (conventional, CR & DR), dental radiology and special investigations independently.

Experienced in performing ultrasound and a guided fnac, biopsies, hysterosalpingography and fallopian tube recanalisation , all type of percutaneous drainage catheter placement, and percutaneous nephrostoms, dagnostic cerebral, upper and lower limb angiographies.

Experience (13 years) in endovenous laser ablation of varicose veins.

Performing rfa / microwave ablation of liver, thyroid, lung, kidney tumours.

Performing interventional procedures like all types of diagnostic angiographies, embolization of peripheral and gastrointestinal aneurysms, arterivenous malformation, hemangioma, bronchial artery embolization of Juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma, uterine artery embolization angioplastiies, vascular stent placement and peripheral vessels thrombolysis percutaneous biliary stent placement, vertebroplasty.

Experienced in teleradiology reporting.

Computer skills: proficiency in ms word, ms excel, ms power point, corel, paint, adobe photoshop.

Work Experience

GMCH is the largest, and also one of the oldest hospitals in central India with 2000 beds. Built in 1952 GMCH is a level III Tertiary Care and Post Graduate Institute of international repute. It has a busy radiology department in which around 4500 ultrasound, 500 Doppler and 1200 CT examinations and 300 MRI are conducted every month. A large number of intravenous urograms, Mammograms, barium studies and other special examinations are also carried out in computed radiography as well as in conventional method. It also has an interventional radiology section in which all type of vascular and nonvascular interventional procedures are done.
